Following a highly disappointing race weekend at Castlevania, Williams is back on track ready for their next challenge at Isle de Notre Dame, Montreal, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (salut Gilles!)

Shaka: This is a track I like a lot and I hope I can put behind all the frustration from the past race and focus on bringing the wins back to our camp!

Patrick: The team fitted a new automatic gearbox on the FW-14D Tomcat for this race. We felt the performance disadvantage it brings is worth using it, as Shaka has had a lot of issues with the semi-automatic device. When it works, he can be up to a full second faster, but once it fails, he is just a passenger of a wingless pigeon.

Frank: We took the opportunity to evaluate our car for the second half of the series at the hands of a very skilled young test driver. The car is almost ready!
