Shaka: Well, here I am, lost in the middle of nowhere. All my crew has been destroyed by Hajjaj and they are yet to provide me useful data for the next race at The Brickyard.

I honestly hope everything goes well this time. Since we moved to the LMP part of the season my car seems to be underperforming, either by bad setup decisions (like Le Mans) or by weight penalty (as it happened on ovals). This is the turning point. I've been using my abacus trying to understand the championship on a bigger picture, and it looks interesting. Some permutations can make me win the title already on this race, a few others can put me on a stronger position for Sebring, but I can't really comment on that as the real number of possibilities is much higher than my abacus can handle. 4 drivers, 3 races, retirements, bonus points, it's just too much for it.

But in a nutshell, I'm currently 26 points clear of Tib, and if I leave Indy at least 43 points ahead of whoever is the second place, it's over. Anywhere between 43 and 31 I'd only need a 4th place at Sebring, or Bring It On Home kind of Endurance race. Looks easy, but given the recent strike of bad luck I think it's better to put everything I have into winning Indy despite the weight penalty to be carried there and hoping the 5 speed geared R15 can be faster than the 6 speed 908.

All in all I just want to finish the season on a high and will do my best to recover from the recent lack of results. Last season memories spring to my mind often and I don't want to repeat it, being Hamilton-07 twice is too much for my head.
