Dominant Double Win for MLT at Silvermustachestone.

Weekend started with all the dudes lining up for Qualify at a very dry Silverstone track. And after the 8 minutes, the Pole Position was Mansell driving the Vette MLT, followed by Shaka, tib and jens.

Feature race started seeing tib rocket starting from the line and jumping everyone by T1, except Mansell, who proceed to spun at the exit of T3, handing the lead to teammate at MLT. Shaka and Jens were following closely, and Mansell was getting back into the pace. At lap 2, Jens tapped tib in the back, putting the Uruguayan into a spin, and all hell broke loose, when Shaka tried to avoid the incident and was collected by Mansell, fortunately none of the tanks cars were damaged in the process.

So, it was Tib leading, followed by Mansell, Jens and Shaka. Tib then let his teammate through.

After that it was time to DT, and Shaka was the first to do it, followed on next lap by Mansell and Jens, while the now leader tib was hanging in the there. However the late DT strategy took it's toll on tib, causing the MLT driver to rejoin the track in last place, after having paid his mandatory penalty. And that was it for the very fun feature race.

Mansell, Shaka, Jens and Tib. So, the very first MLT victory of the season, comes from Mansell.

Inverted grid for the Sprint, so, it was Tib in the pole, alongside Jens, Shaka and Mansell, and again, another great start by the leading MLT, tib was able to open up to 1s before T3, but driving a U-Boat instead of car, he quickly lost the edge and was caught by Mansell and Shaka. In the last turn, while letting his teammate through, tib tried his best to avoid letting Shaka through, and they both collided, causing them both to spin,and letting Jens through. So it was Mansell, followed by jens, tib and Shaka.

Jens car had a organic system problem, and the canadian had to retire on lap 4 of 7. That left Mansell in first with over 20s ahead of tib, which was about 3 secs ahead of Shaka. On lap 6, tib's brakes started to overheat, which caused the uruguayan to overshoot the chicane, allowing Shaka to start the last lap side by side with them. And such they went, tib having slightly more speed in the straights, while Shaka had the advantage at the corners. They traded paints all they way up to the last chicane, where Shaka had the edge to secure last place and avoid an MLT 1-2 finish.

Great race, and two dominant wins,with pole and fastest lap by Mansell. Things are heating up in FD.
