After 23 laps of absolute, lung-busting intensity, the BMS Scuderia Italia Ferrari 550 GTS survived the final corners with Konrad practically in his trunk!
But let us rewind this Austrian thriller! Right from the green light, the GT1 giants put on a masterclass. While Konrad chased Biagi down with a blistering 1:25.046 fastest lap, a mysterious, unnamed ghost driver in the #10 JMB Racing Ferrari 575 GTC silently crept through the field to secure an incredible third place. Talk about an elite secret agent on the podium!
Meanwhile, in the class battles, Fernando Horta finally broke his Red Bull Ring curse! After a tragic one-lap DNF during our last visit, Horta kept his #88 Team Maranello Ferrari 360 GT on the tarmac for 22 whole laps. He finished a solid P10! His best lap of 1:34.193 was nearly ten seconds off the GT1 rockets, but he gloriously beat teammate Tim Mullen, who ended up down in P15.
As the podium celebrations kicked off, the paddock was in absolute hysterics, save for a few enigmatic visitors in the garage next door.
