FormulaDuudeTV got in touch with Lotus F1 Team driver Shaka for an exclusive interview at Sebring, host of the last round of FormulaDuude.

FDTV: How is FD season going for you?

Shaka: Well, it looks good. So far we got 10 races, I won half of it and tib got the other half, so I guess it'll be between us.

FDTV: What about your team? How are you feeling?

Shaka: It's a good atmosphere, but could be better. I miss Ross. Hugh did a decent job, but was a pain in the ass. Now it's up to Joel, who looks promising.

FDTV: Some guys at South Africa say you'd be better without him...

Shaka: We got to give him some slack, he didn't even start his work with us...

FDTV: Alright, but why did you say you wanted to meet us here, at Sebring?

Shaka: As you may know, Lotus and I were discussing our contract and just decided to extend our partnership until the end of the year.

FDTV: And what were avoiding such agreement before?

Shaka: I wanted to be sure they would provide me a good car. And I wanted to set the record straight with them after such dreadful event last week

FDTV: Why is the Lotus Elise parked on the middle of the track now?

Shaka: Oh, it was part of the deal. I felt I was too hard on my remarks about the car, saying it was as bad as it gets. I know it has its value and the team agreed to give me the car as a gift.

FDTV: That's a great news!

Shaka: Yeah, and I'll show you guys at FDTV how this little beauty should be treated...
