It has been brought to our attention that other teams have accused us of "pitlane speeding".  The whole team here at HRT does not understand how this can be possible.  After reviewing data and replay files it is clear that our speed in the pits is quicker then other teams, however we are unsure why this occurred.  Our onboard computer has been programmed to the proper speed.  From the replay files (unable to edit raw data) it is clear that the driver jensklemp is on the pitlane speed limiter and under the required speed limit before the pitlane begins.

We at HRT feel there should be no penalty given for this incident, rather it be cleared up how this could happen.  After all, it would not have altered the result of the race and this is the first time it has happened.
