Race report: Hockenheim Hysteria: The Three-Point Championship Panic Press Conference!

The media center at the Hockenheimring is currently vibrating with the screams of overexcited mechanics, the smell of scorched Porsche tyres, and the deafening tick-tock of giant sponsor clocks.

ROGER WILCO TAKES A CRUSHING SPRINT VICTORY AT HOCKENHEIM BY THIRTY SECONDS WHILE FERNANDO HORTA SETS A LAP TIME TWO SECONDS FASTER YET FINISHES IN ANOTHER ZIP CODE—now let us rewind to the absolute chaos of the post-race press room!

(Alan Connection - Wifi News) Fernando, you clocked a blistering 2:12.371—almost two full seconds faster than Roger's best lap—yet you crossed the finish line nearly thirty seconds behind him. How is this mathematically or physically possible?

Fernando Horta (USSR Lotus F1): BECAUSE THE PORSCHE 993 GT2 IS A BEAST THAT DEMANDS TO BE DRIFTED, ALAN! Yes, I finished thirty seconds late! But I did it with style! I was performing highly calculated scientific rotations at the Sachs curve! I was negotiating with the local marshals for some German sausage on lap three! Who cares about thirty seconds when you have the absolute speed record of the weekend? The Soviet-Lotus was flying, even if it was flying sideways and occasionally backwards!

(Tião Feto - FIA Times) Roger, with this victory you have closed the championship gap to a mere three points behind Horta. How does it feel to completely dominate the sprint while your rival is busy spinning into the scenery?

Roger Wilco (Scuderia Libra): Gara! It feels absolutely beautiful! While he was busy trying to find his way out of the gravel trap to show off his 2:12 lap, I was cruising! I did not even sweat! The purple Porsche was purring like a kitten. Three points, my friends! Just three points! The championship is ours for the taking and he knows it!

(Livio Orificio - AOLUOLBOL) Flavor Flav, why are you here crashing the podium press conference when Losel Racing did not even put a car on the grid today?

Flavor Flav (Losel Racing Team Principal): YEAH BOYEEEEE! Because we keep the time, boy! Did you see those lap times? I got my big clock right here telling me Horta was fast, but Roger was on time! You gotta be on time to win the prize! Losel Records is in the house to bring the hype because this three-point gap is hotter than a fresh track drop!

(R.U. Serious - Daily Weekly) Samuel, how do you foresee the final four rounds of this brutal championship after today's German showdown?

Samuel J. Lackson (Losel Racing Manager): I have had it with these motherfucking Porsches spinning on this motherfucking track! It is ninety-nine percent chaos out there! Horta is fast but highly combustible, and Roger is sitting there smiling like he owns the place! The next four races are going to be an absolute street fight, and I am here to make sure nobody steals our sponsor clocks during the riot!

Ps. Wilco, do you ever sleep, or are you going to keep haunting my championship dreams until the final round?
